Had just called this place yesterday the 29th of April, the lady that owns the business says she uses a private delivery company. She uses door dash to eliminate the price because her statement was "if you order off door dash i can't guarantee drop off all this about her telling you to avoid door dash I paid for a premium vase so this is the size you will get. This costed $120 and was supposed to be dropped off between 9-30 and 10am. I called around 10:45 she didn't answer so I left a voicemail which she never called back. I had to call my bank so they could reach out and what a shocker she answered my banks phone call. They asked where is this driving company at. Her response is it shows it got picked up I'm sorry. She offered no refund no percentage off next time but she sure did make sure to tell me to come back for mother's day. With mother's day around the corner I wouldn't shop again because she was very deceitful saying she can't promise anything if you go through doordash but that's the company she uses. Flowers got here at 11:20 and this was my wife's and I anniversary.

We had them do a trio of sunflower baskets for my nieces funeral. They were beautiful! They were hearty and full. They did a great job.

Received a poinsettia from my mother for Christmas. It was small and did not look the greatest. The picture was after 4 days. My mother paid $80 for this to be delivered and she was livid.

I believe this is the 3rd year I order from here and they do not dissapoint. I’m glad I can trust them, specially when I live in an entirely different state. Thanks for the beautiful arrangement.

I received a dozen long stem rose the first day beautiful 2nd day the roses turning black along edges 3 rd dying today Monday 4 th day dried up looks terrible I would not recommend this florist . Well I called the florist to see what we can work out she was rude , defensive, and said to me I just wanted free flowers . If you don’t want a bad review don’t be rude and work out the issue with the customer she also said they are a small business . Not a good way to have customers come back . And No I don’t need Free Flowers !!! I told her I wasn’t trying to upset her day wow Iam apologizing to her instead of the other way around. WOW!! Look at pictures below your right I want free flowers !! she also said they don’t give plant food packet ever because I mentioned I didn’t get one maybe if you put that in the water the flowers would last longer just saying !! By the pictures it’s ready to go into trash dried up she mentioned it was hot and didn’t know the temperature in my home I said I had air conditioner on was all this professional and necessary ?? Sad ! Pictures don’t lie! Even if you order through teleflora etc. the responsibility at the end is on what you get is the Florist store
